Shift Type: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Day shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Assist with mobility, transfers and safe patient positioning to promote comfort and independence
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nurse in charge
Support activities of daily living while maintaining patient dignity and privacy
Document care in a timely, accurate way and contribute to clear team communication
Help maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices

Qualifications

Current, active CNA certification for New Mexico
Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Comfortable working a 12+ hour day shift and standing for extended periods
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a state-approved CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and assisted living skills
Accurate vital sign measurement and basic clinical observation
Safe transfer and positioning techniques
Reliable documentation and charting practices
Teamwork, time management, and clear communication with clinical staff
