Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care with compassion and clinical accuracy
Administer medications and treatments per care plans and facility policy
Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes promptly
Collaborate with the care team to implement and adjust treatment plans
Support patients and families with clear communication and empathy
Maintain accurate records and follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license — required
Available for a local contract starting 2026-03-02 through 2026-04-13 (7 weeks)
Comfortable working the 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM day shift
Local candidates only (per job notes)

Education

Completion of an accredited practical nursing program; high school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and patient observation skills
Medication administration and documentation proficiency
Effective communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting
Ability to follow facility protocols, safety, and infection control
Time management for delivering quality care during longer day shifts
