Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, bathing, dressing, and toileting needs
- Take and accurately record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
- Support nursing staff with treatments, patient comfort, and timely documentation
- Communicate clearly and courteously with patients, families, and colleagues
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection prevention practices
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification — VT or NH (as applicable)
- Demonstrated compassionate patient care and teamwork
- Ability to pass facility onboarding requirements (background check, health screening)
- Reliable attendance and professional communication skills
- Prior long-term care or acute care experience is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Completion of an approved nursing assistant training program and LNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic patient care and safety practices, including infection control
- Comfortable taking and recording vital signs and observing patient condition
- Familiarity with care planning and documentation best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
