Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care on each shift
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor and document vital signs, behaviors, and clinical changes
- Support residents with activities of daily living and mobility needs
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and care staff to deliver coordinated care
- Report changes in condition and escalate concerns to the appropriate clinician
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and charting
- Follow infection control protocols and facility policies to keep residents safe
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts LPN or RN license in good standing
- BLS/CPR certification (current)
- Ability to provide safe, professional care in a long-term care setting
- Comfortable working independently on per diem assignments
- Ability to pass background check and required pre-employment screenings
- Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation is preferred but not required
Education
- LPN: Completion of an accredited practical nursing program and MA LPN license
- RN: Diploma or Associate degree in Nursing and MA RN license
- High school diploma or GED as a minimum education foundation
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and observation skills
- Medication administration and documentation proficiency
- Effective communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff
- Basic knowledge of wound care, infection control, and ADL assistance
- Time management and adaptability for varying per diem schedules
- Compassionate approach to resident-centered care
