Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions focused on orthopedic, post-surgical, sports injury and general rehab needs
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy techniques when appropriate to restore function
• Teach and progress home exercise programs to empower patients between visits
• Document evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and New York state regulations

Qualifications

• Active New York Physical Therapist license (required)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong manual therapy and orthopedic skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
