Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Day

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' functional mobility and design individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to restore movement and reduce pain
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to meet goals
Educate patients and families on home programs and safe functional strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
Document care accurately and timely to ensure continuity and compliance

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in California required
Current CPR/BLS certification required
Experience in rehabilitation or outpatient settings preferred
Strong communication and patient education skills
Valid professional liability insurance if required by facility

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred or graduation from an accredited physical therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility
Familiar with common modalities and assistive device training
Strong clinical reasoning and goal-oriented treatment planning
Comfortable with electronic medical records and thorough documentation
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
