Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver occupational therapy interventions in line with established care plans
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, and functional goals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to support patient outcomes
Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and the interdisciplinary care team
Ensure high-quality patient care and maintain a safe therapeutic environment

Qualifications

Current California COTA license (required)
Prior Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience strongly preferred
Reliable, professional, and patient-focused approach to care
Strong time management skills and ability to manage a consistent caseload
Effective communication skills for collaboration with supervising OT and team

Knowledge & Skills

Practical knowledge of ADLs, functional mobility, and therapeutic techniques
Skill in delivering interventions for strength, coordination, and functional goals
Proficiency in clinical documentation and charting
Teamwork and effective interdisciplinary communication
Time management and organization in a busy SNF environment
