Roles & Responsibilities

Implement occupational therapy treatment programs under the supervision of licensed therapists
Document care and patient progress accurately and thoroughly in clinical records
Collaborate with rehabilitation and nursing teams to coordinate care and support patient goals

Qualifications

Valid California COTA license
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential
Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred
Available for full-time work in Watsonville, CA

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of occupational therapy treatment principles and interventions
Strong documentation skills and attention to patient progress
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary rehab and nursing team
Familiarity with SNF workflows and patient care processes preferred
