Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care across assigned units
• Perform thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the care team to coordinate patient care
• Document patient status and interventions in the medical record in a timely manner
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning
• Support unit operations during your assignment as a trusted, professional resource

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state of practice) — required
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS preferred or obtainable
• Travel RN experience a plus, but confident, adaptable RNs are welcome
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to work independently
• Willingness to complete facility-specific orientation and credentialing

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Sound assessment skills and the ability to prioritize patient needs
• Medication administration and IV therapy competence
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate documentation
• Ability to work within interdisciplinary teams and advocate for patients
• Time management, triage, and critical thinking during busy shifts
