Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility) while preserving dignity
• Take and record vital signs, report changes promptly to nursing staff
• Support restorative and recreational activities to promote resident well-being
• Communicate clearly with the care team and families to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) — required
• Travel LNA / T-LNA experience or willingness to work as a travel LNA — preferred
• Current New Hampshire LNA licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure
• Ability to work the 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM day shift for the assignment duration
• Willingness to complete facility onboarding, background checks, and standard immunizations

Education

• LNA / CNA certification required; High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Comfortable assisting with ADLs and providing hands-on resident care
• Basic clinical skills: taking vitals, observing and reporting changes
• Strong communication and teamwork skills within an interdisciplinary care team
• Good documentation practices and attention to detail
• Compassion, patience, and the ability to build rapport with residents
