Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care for residents at Pine Point Center
• Perform timely assessments and communicate changes in patient condition to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Document care and interventions clearly in the patient record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and follow individualized care plans
• Support patient and family education with patience and clarity
• Maintain infection control practices and ensure a safe care environment

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license (or LPN if applying to LPN role) in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications welcomed
• Prior acute care or long-term care experience preferred
• Valid nursing credentials and up-to-date immunizations/health screening as required by facility
• Good communication skills and ability to work weekend-focused schedules

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN or diploma in nursing)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Competence in medication administration and documentation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with common nursing procedures and infection control practices
• Patient-centered care approach with strong interpersonal skills
