Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social platforms
Manage personal branding initiatives for leadership/executives
Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content
Use CRM tools to manage audience relationships and track campaign performance
Write engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website updates
Conceptualize and produce video content
Utilize AI tools for content creation, analytics, automation, and marketing optimization
Create and manage email marketing campaigns
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance

Qualifications

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role
Strong expertise in LinkedIn and Instagram growth strategies
Excellent content writing and storytelling skills
Proficiency in video creation & editing tools (Canva, Heygen, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar)
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and email campaign tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.)
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, design, and analytics

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Content creation and video editing

AI tools for content creation and analytics
Project management and time management skills
