Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations with accuracy and compassion, producing clear images for clinical interpretation
• Ensure patient safety and comfort by following proper positioning and patient-care procedures
• Complete and maintain required documentation, imaging records, and reports in the facility’s systems
• Adhere to infection control, PPE, and departmental policies including required fit testing and health screenings
• Participate in Trinity specialty competency testing and maintain skills via the Trinity Skills Checklist
• Coordinate with clinical teams and providers to support timely patient care and efficient imaging workflows
• Maintain and verify licensure/certification status as required by the facility

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification (required)
• Active license/certification verification as required by state and facility
• Demonstrated ultrasound experience (specific years not listed in this posting)
• Completion of Trinity specialty competency testing and successful completion of the Trinity Skills Checklist prior to start
• Compliance with required pre-employment health screenings (drug screen, immunizations, fit test, etc.)

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with diagnostic ultrasound imaging techniques and equipment
• Strong patient communication and positioning skills
• Ability to produce high-quality images and follow imaging protocols
• Familiarity with documentation workflows and electronic medical records
• Attention to detail for compliance with licensing, testing, and health requirement checklists
