Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process and strong clinical judgment
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document per standards of care
• Develop and execute individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the care team
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and promote health literacy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in unit performance improvement activities and shared governance
• Escalate patient safety concerns appropriately and advocate for outstanding patient experiences

Qualifications

• Current WI RN license (required)
• CPR/BLS certification (required)
• Up-to-date flu vaccination (required)
• Comfortable floating to other units as needed
• Experience in medical unit nursing and strong clinical documentation skills
• Able to work every other weekend and assigned holiday shifts
