Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging exams with care and attention to patient comfort
Prepare patients and imaging rooms, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met
Follow imaging protocols and adjust techniques as needed to capture diagnostic images
Collaborate with providers and radiology team to ensure timely, accurate results
Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures according to facility policies
Participate in orientation and training to stay current with facility processes and equipment

Qualifications

Certified or registry-eligible Radiologic Technologist (ARRT preferred)
Valid state licensure to perform radiography in Missouri
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Professional demeanor and strong patient care skills
Previous clinical experience preferred; new grads who are registry-eligible are welcome

Education

Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
ARRT certification or registry-eligible status

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with radiographic equipment and imaging techniques
Strong patient positioning and radiation safety practices
Familiarity with electronic health records and image archiving systems
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage workflow efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
