Roles & Responsibilities

• Support and circulate during cardiac catheterization and cath lab procedures to ensure patient safety and procedural flow
• Provide moderate sedation monitoring and care during procedures, maintaining calm and focused patient support
• Accurately document procedures and patient data using the Merge documentation system
• Operate and assist with Philips and Siemens imaging equipment during complex cases
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on advanced procedures (TAVR, TEER, EP, ECMO, Impella, ICD/PPM and more)
• Maintain sterile technique, prepare procedural equipment, and assist in post-procedure patient handoff
• Contribute to a positive patient experience by communicating clearly and compassionately throughout care

Qualifications

• Cath Lab circulating experience (must have)
• Experience with moderate sedation (must have)
• ACLS and BLS certifications (required)
• ARRT (R) certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (as listed)
• Merge documentation experience preferred/asset
• Comfort working 12-hour shifts and participating in call rotations

Knowledge & Skills

• Cardiac catheterization and cath lab procedures
• Proficiency with Merge documentation system
• Familiarity with Philips and Siemens imaging equipment
• Experience with LHC and RHC procedures
• Exposure to advanced procedures: TAVR, TEER, EP, ECMO, Impella, ICD/PPM
• Peripheral procedures and endovascular AAA experience
• Strong patient monitoring and moderate sedation skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication in high-acuity settings
