Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform screening mammography exams with care and precision to support early detection
• Operate and maintain mammography equipment while ensuring image quality and accurate documentation
• Adhere to ACR and MQSA standards to maintain regulatory compliance and high-quality imaging
• Conduct mammography quality assurance checks and document results to uphold safety and performance
• Provide compassionate patient care, prioritizing comfort, communication, and a positive experience
• Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent outcomes

Qualifications

• ARRT certification with advanced mammography credentials (required)
• Washington State Radiologic Technologist licensure (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Experience with mammography quality assurance and image quality documentation
• Working knowledge of ACR and MQSA standards
• Strong patient care and communication skills; comfortable working with diverse patient populations
