Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and assist patients with activities of daily living
Perform routine vital signs monitoring and report changes promptly
Support safe patient transfers and mobility with proper technique
Document care accurately and communicate observations to the nursing team
Ensure patient comfort, hygiene, and dignity while following care plans
Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection-control practices

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Availability to work per-diem night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with the team
Willingness to complete facility-required onboarding (background check, immunizations, etc.)

Education

Completion of an accredited CNA program or equivalent training

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on experience with patient hygiene, feeding, and mobility assistance
Familiarity with taking and recording vital signs accurately
Basic knowledge of infection prevention and patient safety practices
Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced clinical setting
Reliable time management and documentation skills
