Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patients thoroughly and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise with compassion
Track and document patient progress accurately and timely
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
Educate patients and families to maximize functional outcomes
Participate in orientation and team training to maintain high standards

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted California Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
CPR/BLS certification required or obtainable upon hire
Clinical experience in outpatient or specialty rehab preferred
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Ability to complete required orientation and credentialing prior to start

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent professional degree preferred
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in patient evaluation and evidence-based treatment planning
Proficient documentation and electronic medical record use
Knowledge of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
Excellent patient education and motivational techniques
