Shift Type: Rotating 8-hour shifts including weekends and holidays: Day 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM; Evening 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM; Night 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM. OT rotation may be required. No guarantee of hours or shift preference. Shift type: rotating (day/evening/night).

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $73 - $51.1 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and maintain accurate medication records
• Perform skin treatments and manage wound vac care with diligence
• Conduct patient assessments and document clinical findings
• Provide ADL assistance and compassionate direct care to residents
• Deliver nebulized treatments, CPAP support, and gastrostomy tube care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
• Follow infection control practices, including flu vaccination requirements

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii nursing license required by start of assignment
• Proof of flu vaccination or facility-approved medical or religious exception required prior to contract start date
• Experience in long-term care (LTC) settings preferred
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and OT rotations

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and safe documentation practices
• Wound care and wound vac management
• Respiratory support skills including nebulized treatments and CPAP
• Gastrostomy tube (G-tube) care
• Resident assessments and care planning
• Strong clinical judgment, patient-centered communication, and teamwork
