Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory testing accurately and timely to support patient diagnosis and care
• Collect, process, and handle specimens with proper phlebotomy technique and specimen integrity
• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and follow quality control procedures
• Document results in Epic and communicate clinically significant findings to the care team
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth lab operations and excellent patient experience
• Adhere to regulatory standards, safety protocols, and laboratory best practices

Qualifications

• Active Montana licensure as an MT / CLS (required)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience (required)
• Phlebotomy training and demonstrated competency (required)
• Experience with Epic (required)
• Microbiology experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS/MT) foundation
• Skilled in phlebotomy and specimen handling
• Familiarity with microbiology methods and workflows
• Proficient with Epic for documentation and result reporting
• Attention to quality control, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
• Effective communication and teamwork in a clinical setting
