Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care with compassion and professionalism
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
- Monitor patient status and communicate changes promptly to the care team
- Participate in care planning and contribute to positive patient outcomes
- Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Qualifications
- Current LPN credential (Licensed Practical Nurse) — ready to bring your skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Comfortable with medication administration, documentation, and basic assessments
- Reliable, professional, and committed to patient-centered care
- Ability to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements
Education
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent training
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of fundamentals of nursing and resident care
- Accurate medication administration and charting skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic competency with electronic health records and documentation
- Infection control, safety practices, and compassionate bedside manner
