Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical disorders and wound care, crafting personalized plans of care
• Apply evidence-based practices and standardized assessments to deliver impactful clinical interventions
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and assistive devices to boost patient mobility
• Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and evaluate outcomes to ensure optimal recovery
• Consult with patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating seamlessly with the healthcare team
• Document comprehensively and participate in care conferences to drive exceptional results

Qualifications

• Active MA State License required
• 1 year of PT experience or new grads with Level II fieldwork experience
• LTC or Rehab experience to hit the ground running

Education

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Eligible for MA State Licensure

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in physical therapy techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and wound care
• Proficiency with assistive devices, ambulation training, and modalities
• Strong communication skills for patient counseling and team collaboration
• Knowledge of regulatory standards, APTA guidelines, and electronic documentation
