Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify patient needs and craft impactful interventions
• Apply the nursing process to deliver complex care that truly makes a difference
• Provide clinical supervision to MHWs ensuring safe, therapeutic environments
• Float across units to support healing in childrens and behavioral health settings
• Lead charge shifts with confidence, guiding your team to success
• Promote sobriety and manage co-occurring disorders in a nurturing 24-hour care setting

Qualifications

• Active Vermont or Compact LPN license
• AHA BLS certification
• 5+ years LPN experience with recent inpatient psych (last 3 months)
• Recent childrens unit experience (last 6 months)
• Willingness to float to all units and take charge shifts
• First-time travelers welcome with the right background

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in nursing process for complex psych care
• Strong clinical supervision of mental health workers
• Child psych and behavioral health experience
• Proficiency in managing co-occurring disorders like depression, bipolar, and anxiety
• Floating flexibility and charge nurse leadership
