Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional physical therapy to empower patients on their recovery journeys
- Design personalized treatment plans that make real differences in lives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Assess patient progress and adjust therapies for maximum impact
- Educate patients and families to foster long-term wellness and independence
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Current BLS certification
- PT licensure in North Carolina or compact state privileges
- Enthusiasm for helping patients regain strength and mobility
Education
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
- Strong patient assessment and care planning abilities
- Excellent communication for building trust with patients
- Adaptability in a dynamic rehab environment
