Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care that makes a real difference in residents' lives
Assist with daily living activities to promote comfort and independence
Monitor vital signs and report changes to ensure top-notch care
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional rehabilitation support
Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patients

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Current BLS certification preferred
Previous experience in a rehab or long-term care setting is a plus
Passionate about helping others with a positive attitude
