Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on occupational therapy to empower patients in their recovery journeys
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans
- Assist patients in regaining daily living skills with compassion and expertise
- Monitor progress and adapt therapies to maximize patient outcomes
- Foster a positive environment that inspires hope and independence
Qualifications
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Current state licensure in New Mexico
- BLS certification preferred
- Commitment to patient-centered care with a positive attitude
Education
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in transitional care settings
- Excellent communication and empathy with diverse patients
- Proficiency in therapeutic techniques and documentation
- Team player ready to make a real difference
