Roles & Responsibilities
- Draw blood from patients with precision and care, ensuring accurate samples every time
- Perform phlebotomy procedures efficiently to support vital medical testing
- Maintain sterile environments and follow protocols to deliver top-notch patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
- Active Phlebotomy certification
- Valid state licensure where required
- Experience in phlebotomy techniques and patient interaction
Education
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in venipuncture and capillary punctures
- Strong patient communication and bedside manner
- Attention to detail for labeling and handling specimens
- Knowledge of safety standards and infection control
