Shift Type: Flexible scheduling including 4x10s if preferred, 40 hour guarantee

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions delegated by the supervising PT to help patients reach their goals
- Use clinical problem-solving to ensure patient safety, comfort, and progress toward desired outcomes
- Communicate effectively and motivate patients with compassionate care
- Document progress meticulously to track achievements and meet all requirements
- Educate patients and caregivers for lasting independence
- Modify treatments based on patient response and collaborate with the PT team
- Assist colleagues to maintain a clean, efficient rehab environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of PTA experience required
- Strong background in Total Knee Replacement required
- Total Hip Replacement experience preferred
- Outpatient clinic experience preferred
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant License required
- Active American Heart Association BLS required
