Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Concord, New Hampshire

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts with 30-minute unpaid meal break; 36 guaranteed hours per week; schedule may include weekdays and weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to develop care plans
Document patient care accurately and timely
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning

Qualifications

Current LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in patient assessment and monitoring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of infection control practices
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
