Shift Type: Flexible shifts, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM, as needed
Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients, including cleanings, exams, and X-rays
- Educate patients on oral health best practices and preventive care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control standards
- Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to deliver comprehensive treatment
- Create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
- Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in periodontal therapy and prophylaxis
- Proficiency with digital radiography and dental software
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
- Knowledge of OSHA and infection control regulations
