Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure and build Epic Tapestry applications to support payer operations
• Analyze workflows and validate enhancements alongside IT and QA teams
• Document configuration decisions, testing outcomes, and resolution notes
• Troubleshoot system issues related to claims, enrollment, benefits, and eligibility
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure seamless production support

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare IT, Epic, payer operations, or application support
• Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry, payer platforms, or revenue cycle systems
• Ability to work with U.S. healthcare teams and manage remote delivery across time zones
• Strong understanding of HIPAA-style data handling and confidentiality
• Epic Tapestry certification or significant hands-on build/support experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Epic Tapestry configuration and application coordination
• Claims, eligibility, enrollment, and benefits management
• Testing and UAT methodologies
• ServiceNow and Jira for issue tracking
• Strong documentation and client-facing communication skills
