Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Epic Tapestry payer workflows.
• Translate client requirements into workflow maps, test scenarios, configuration inputs, and acceptance criteria.
• Support UAT, defect triage, process validation, and operational readiness activities.
• Provide functional guidance across claims, eligibility, enrollment, benefits, provider, and payer operations.
• Collaborate with U.S. healthcare teams to ensure smooth remote delivery and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant healthcare IT, Epic, payer operations, QA, application support, or analytics experience.
• Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry, payer platforms, EHR/EMR systems, revenue cycle systems, or healthcare enterprise applications.
• Ability to work effectively with U.S. healthcare teams and support remote delivery across time zones.
• Strong understanding of healthcare privacy, security, HIPAA-style data handling, and confidential client information.
