Location: San Diego, California
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $49.58 - $34.71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform blood draws and specimen collections with precision and care
- Float between multiple clinic locations to support patient needs
- Ensure accurate labeling and handling of laboratory specimens
- Provide excellent patient service and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
- Collaborate with lab staff to maintain efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Current California State Phlebotomy Licensure required
- Current CPR Certificate required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Valid clean and clear driver's license required
- 1-2 years of medical laboratory experience as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician preferred
Education
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in medical terminology
- Strong phlebotomy techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
