Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and assessment for patients in a psychiatric unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
• Facilitate referrals and coordinate community resources
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC
• Provide support and education to patients and families

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Alaska
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work or crisis management

Knowledge & Skills

• Crisis Management
• Social Work Assessment
• Patient Advocacy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system
