Social Worker - Mobile Crisis
Location: Soldotna, AK
Start Date: 07-13-2026
End Date: 10-05-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with rotation/on call
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $120 - $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide crisis intervention and assessment for patients in a psychiatric unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
- Facilitate referrals and coordinate community resources
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC
- Provide support and education to patients and families
Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Alaska
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work or crisis management
Knowledge & Skills
- Crisis Management

- Patient Advocacy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with EPIC charting system
