Roles & Responsibilities

• Support Epic Tapestry configuration, application build, and workflow analysis to optimize system performance
• Partner with payer operations, IT, QA, and client stakeholders to resolve system issues and validate enhancements
• Document configuration decisions, testing outcomes, issue resolution notes, and operational workflows with precision
• Support claims, enrollment, benefits, eligibility, provider, CRM, and member/payer workflow areas to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant healthcare IT, Epic, payer operations, QA, application support, or analytics experience
• Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry, payer platforms, EHR/EMR systems, revenue cycle systems, or healthcare enterprise applications
• Ability to work with U.S. healthcare teams and document findings clearly in a remote, cross-time zone environment
• Strong understanding of healthcare privacy, security, HIPAA-style data handling, and confidential client information

Knowledge & Skills

• Epic Tapestry configuration and application coordination
• Claims, eligibility, enrollment, benefits, testing, and UAT
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and Jira for issue tracking and project management
• Excellent documentation and client-facing communication skills
• Healthcare payer operations or managed care experience is a plus
