Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional physical therapy to help patients regain mobility and independence
- Develop personalized treatment plans that make real differences in lives
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Assess patient progress and adjust therapies for maximum impact
- Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Current state licensure for Maryland
- BLS certification preferred
- Experience in rehab settings a plus, but passionate new grads welcome
Education
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent patient communication and empathy
- Proficiency in therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Team collaboration and problem-solving abilities
