Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Empower patients to regain their voices through personalized speech therapy
Assess and treat communication disorders with compassion and expertise
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create impactful care plans
Inspire progress in swallowing and cognitive-linguistic skills
Document outcomes that make a real difference in lives

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in good standing
CCC-SLP certification preferred
Experience in rehab or skilled nursing settings a plus
Passionate about helping patients communicate effectively

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Knowledge & Skills

Strong diagnostic skills for speech and language disorders
Expertise in dysphagia management and therapy techniques
Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with patients and families
Proficiency with therapy tools and documentation systems
