Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional physical therapy to empower patients on their recovery journeys
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans that make real differences
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Assess patient progress and adjust therapies for maximum impact
- Educate patients and families to foster long-term wellness and independence
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- PT degree from an accredited program
- Enthusiasm for rehab therapy and patient-centered care
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy from accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy techniques
- Expertise in therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Excellent communication for building patient trust
- Proficiency with rehab documentation and progress tracking
