Roles & Responsibilities
- Assemble and maintain cutting-edge respiratory equipment to ensure patient safety
- Evaluate cardiopulmonary status and deliver personalized care plans
- Conduct life-saving therapeutic procedures for ventilation and airway management
- Educate patients on their care journey while monitoring progress closely
- Respond swiftly in emergencies with advanced techniques and modifications
- Serve as a go-to expert for complex cases and provide in-service training to peers
Qualifications
- 2+ years of RRT experience
- Adult critical care experience
- Emergency department experience
- Neonatal/pediatrics experience
- Cerner EMR experience
- Experience across all patient populations
- Active Illinois Respiratory Care License
- Active AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Active NRP and NBRC Certification

- Expertise in respiratory care protocols and physician orders
