Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional physical therapy to empower patients on their recovery journeys
- Design personalized treatment plans that make real differences in mobility and quality of life
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Assess patient progress and adjust therapies for maximum impact
- Educate patients and families to foster long-term wellness and independence
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Current NJ PT licensure or ability to obtain quickly
- BLS certification preferred
- Passionate about helping patients regain strength and mobility
Education
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent patient communication and motivation techniques
- Proficiency in therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to fast-paced environments
