Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
- Assist with activities of daily living to promote comfort and independence
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to ensure top-notch care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Maintain a clean and safe environment that residents love calling home
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in good standing
- Current BLS certification
- Pennsylvania CNA license or ability to obtain
- Commitment to high-quality resident care
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of state-approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong bedside manner and empathy
- Basic clinical skills including vital signs and ADLs
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
