Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the overnight shift
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor and document patient vitals, conditions, and progress in the chart
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to coordinate care plans
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergent situations
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and handoffs for continuity of care
• Support a positive patient experience through effective communication and empathy

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential in good standing
• Ability to work nights and every-other-weekend coverage as required
• Willingness to commit to a 14-week travel assignment
• Current basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or required per facility policy

Education

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN diploma or certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong practical nursing skills: medication administration, patient assessment, and wound care
• Comfortable with overnight clinical responsibilities and acute patient monitoring
• Accurate charting and familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical setting
