Shift Type: Days not specified, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC (30-minute meal break)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside nursing care to patients as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments according to facility policy and provider orders
Monitor and document patient vital signs, condition changes, and responses to treatment
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate, timely charting and handoffs to ensure continuity of care
Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education to promote safe transitions
Uphold infection control standards and facility protocols to keep patients and staff safe

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license (must be valid in the state of practice)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program (diploma or certificate)
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from an accredited provider
Comfortable working evening/night hours and providing direct patient care
Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a team-first attitude

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN program (diploma or certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and accurate dosing practices
Basic clinical assessment and vital sign monitoring
Clear, concise documentation and electronic charting comfort
Patient-centered communication and family education
Infection control principles and safe patient handling
