Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM with rotating weekends (day shift, rotating)

Hours per Week: 32

Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents as a licensed LPN
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document care clearly
Monitor resident conditions, report changes, and collaborate with the care team
Assist with activities of daily living while promoting resident dignity and independence
Support admissions, transfers and discharge processes with attention to detail
Participate in shift handoffs and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary staff

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential (state licensure required)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Comfortable administering medications and following established care plans
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to work rotating weekends as part of the schedule

Education

Practical nursing diploma or equivalent completion of an accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and basic nursing procedures
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Patient-centered care and infection control principles
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical setting
Collaborative teamwork and clear verbal/written communication
