Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per diem (varies), Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during overnight shifts
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
- Monitor and assess patient status, reporting changes promptly to the care team
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to ensure excellent continuity of care
- Support admissions, discharges, and safe transitions during night coverage
- Maintain accurate clinical records and follow facility policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) credential as indicated (Class: LPN|RN)
- Ability and willingness to work per diem night shifts (overnight coverage)
- Basic life support (BLS) certification — or willingness to obtain upon hire (if required by facility)
- Compassionate patient care mindset, strong communication, and teamwork orientation
Education
- LPN: Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- RN: Completion of an accredited Associate or Bachelor degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
- Medication administration and documentation accuracy
- Clear, professional communication with patients, families, and team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively during overnight events
- Familiarity with electronic charting and standard nursing workflows
