Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients — your attention makes a real difference
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document patient status, promptly reporting changes to the care team
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support staff to coordinate patient care
Maintain clear, timely EMR/charting to ensure continuity and quality of care
Follow infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in Pennsylvania
Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain promptly)
Clinical hands-on skills in medication administration, patient assessment, and basic nursing procedures
Ability to pass required background check and drug screen
Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited nursing program
Completion of state-required licensure for Practical Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and basic nursing procedures
Medication administration and documentation
Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate charting
Infection control and safety best practices
Clear communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Reliable clinical judgment and attention to detail
