Location: Lebanon, NH

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem, days vary, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Day shift

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to assigned patients
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes promptly
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans
Perform routine procedures such as wound care and dressing changes
Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and follow-up
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and complete required documentation
Adhere to infection control standards and facility policies to ensure patient safety

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
BLS/CPR certification required or obtained upon hire
Prior LPN experience in a clinical setting preferred
Valid authorization to work in the United States
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a patient-first attitude

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and basic clinical procedures
Comfortable with patient assessments and vital signs monitoring
Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy setting
Basic wound care and infection control knowledge
