Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem / varied days, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Day)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to adults in the assigned area
Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy
Assess and monitor patient condition, documenting changes clearly and promptly
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions
Support a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients
Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the chart

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain one
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable with medication administration, basic nursing procedures, and documentation
Professional, reliable, and able to work independently in a per diem role
Previous LPN experience in acute or long-term care preferred

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN diploma or certificate)
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
Medication administration and dosage calculation knowledge
Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate charting
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
