Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes to the care team promptly
Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort and dignity
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary staff to support care plans
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to facility policies

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Ability to pass facility background checks and health screening requirements
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a patient-first attitude

Education

Diploma or Associate degree from an accredited Practical Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical assessments
Wound care and infection prevention practices
Charting and documentation best practices (electronic and/or paper charting)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Basic knowledge of safety protocols and patient handling
